Integrative Bodywork

A space to reconnect with yourself — through your body.

We spend so much of our lives in our heads.

Thinking. Planning. Solving problems. Holding everything together.

Meanwhile, our bodies quietly carry stress, emotions, habits and experiences that often go unnoticed — until they show up as tension, exhaustion, restlessness, or a feeling of being disconnected from ourselves.

Integrative Bodywork offers a chance to pause, slow down and listen.

Together, we create a space where you can reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate more presence, ease and aliveness.

What is Integrative Bodywork?

Integrative Bodywork is a holistic approach that combines mindful touch, movement, breath, body awareness and nervous system regulation.

There is no fixed recipe.

Every session is different because every person is different.

Depending on what you need, I combine mindful touch, movement, breath, nervous system regulation, body awareness, guided reflection and creative somatic practices into one coherent experience.

Some people come because their shoulders have been tense for months.

Others because they're overwhelmed, navigating change or simply longing to feel more connected to themselves.

Wherever you are, we start there.

The Basics
My Way of Working

I don't only work with the body—I work with the whole person.

My background in cognitive science, embodiment, movement, mindfulness, social pedagogy, and creative facilitation allows me to look at physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and patterns as interconnected.

Rather than following a protocol, I follow you.

Together we explore what supports you best — whether that is releasing physical tension, creating more regulation, exploring movement, or simply experiencing a moment of deep rest and presence.

The sessions are collaborative and interactive. Your boundaries, choices and sense of safety are always at the centre.

What this work can support

You might be drawn to Integrative Bodywork if you want to:

Reconnect with your body

When life becomes dominated by thinking, doing and achieving, we can lose touch with our own sensations and needs. This work offers a space to slow down, listen and rebuild a more trusting relationship with your body.

Release stress and cultivate regulation

Through mindful touch, breath, movement and body awareness, sessions can support relaxation, nervous system regulation and the release of accumulated tension.

Embodiment is not only about reducing discomfort — it is also about creating more space for curiosity, ease, connection and vitality in everyday life.

No previous experience with bodywork, meditation or movement is needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself in a different way.

What happens during a session?

Each session begins with a conversation — a chance to arrive, share what is present and set an intention. From there, we explore what feels supportive.

A session may include:

  • mindful therapeutic touch

  • breath awareness

  • somatic movement exploration

  • grounding and nervous system practices

  • body awareness exercises

  • reflection and integration

Sometimes we move. Sometimes we simply feel.

Sometimes we talk. Sometimes silence says enough.

Everything unfolds at your pace.
